When you ring, you reach our co-ordinator — not a call centre. We know your shift patterns, your travel range and what you don't want to do.
Free DBS, training and uniform
We pay for your enhanced DBS check, your mandatory training and a uniform on joining. You start work without out-of-pocket costs.
Paid travel time and mileage
Time between visits is paid — always. Mileage is paid at HMRC rates. Your hourly rate is for the hour you work, not the hour minus the drive.
Settled rounds where possible
We try to keep rounds the same week to week — same households, same time, same area — so you build relationships, not just rack up jobs.
A path to senior if you want it
Many of our carers move into senior roles, mentoring new starters or taking on more complex households. We help with both routes.
